Carol is affectionately known as the “Claims Queen.” Carol is the person who goes after the insurance companies to help get your claims reimbursed. She also negotiates with doctors who try to cleverly over-charge you for their services. When Doctors agree to work with an insurance company they agree to charge fees that are “reasonable and customary.” Carol makes sure the Doctors stick to their agreements and she is very, very good at it.
Lisa is our “Chief Underwriter.” She handles all our new business and the applications that come into our office each day. She is extremely efficient at getting new business placed in a timely manner.
Jennifer, is our “Multi-tasker” and helps out with answering our busy phones and directs your call to the right person that will help you. She also helps out Lisa and Carol when things get crazy around the office.
