Study Reveals More People Searching for Health Insurance Online

A recent survey conducted by an Internet Marketing company reveals that more people in the United States are searching for health insurance online. Specifically, 63% of Intenet users are looking to research or purchase health insurance via the Web. Of those 63% it is estimated that almost half are small business owners looking to compare group health insurance for their companies.

Overall, surfing the Web for insurance was up 71% in 2008 compared to 2007. Health insurance, auto insurance and life insurance were the top searches for the insurance category.
